The reason why i took two stars away is as follows. When I placed the order I wanted to change the inscription but they would not do it as order was already placed. This was asked within 24 hours of placing order. Then as my order was supposed to be shipped I received a mail with tracking number and shortly after that there was a mistake as the charm I wantes was out of stock and had to choose another which changed everything not only the meaning behind the charm but inscription didnt match the charm. I was dissapointed but my wife still loved it and even with delay the item arrived on our anniversary. Other than those two hiccups the item is great quality.
