Refund policy

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:

We do not accept returns or refunds on Personalized / Custom made jewelry.
We do accept exchanges on non personalized jewelry and non personalized rings for other sizes. Provided we are notified within 2 days of receiving and the jewelry has not been worn and is in its original packaging. After inspection and approval of the returned item we will give you a voucher code that can be entered online to take something else in its place. PLEASE NOTE: Exchanges are at your own Courier collection cost of R79 to have the item collected. Returns may only be done through our Booking and Courier.
