Excellent quality, affordable, quick updates

I placed an order because their personalised jewellery is a lot cheaper than many other online stores. The team replied to my queries very quickly, reassuring me when my order took a little longer than expected due to public holidays. Ultimately, it arrived pretty quickly (about a week). I ordered it for my friend as a a little gift to help her process the grief of her best friend. I wanted to engrave an angel wing on the side and the team emailed me letting me know that it might not be possible and they will try but gave me a choice of an infinity sign or heart as an alternative. The fact that they gave me options while still trying to satisfy my requests was great. My friend sent me a picture of the necklace when it arrived and it looked high quality and exactly as i pictured so i was super impressed. My friend said she loved it and it meant a lot to her. Will definitely support this business again in the future!
