This bracelet was well designed and sturdy. It was well packaged and delivered in shorter than expected time. I would recommend it as a quality gift to anyone.

Lukewarm experience

I ordered a personalised bracelet and was late told that they are gonna send a different one bc it’s the manufacturers fault, i was so sad about that they said they will refund my R100 for that but till this day I have not received my refund also I requested a note to come with that bracelet and what they should write on that note but theu just sent it blank. That 3 star is for the bracelet that it has arrived and engraved what I requested otherwise? I’m so disappointed.
