Disappointing Stock Update, but Happy with the Zanna Rose Gold

I recently ordered the Heartleigh bracelet after seeing it listed as in stock on the website. However, after placing my order, I had to follow up to find out that it was actually out of stock. This was really disappointing, especially since the Heartleigh was my first choice.

I had already paid for the bracelet, so I was left to choose another one. I ended up selecting the Zanna Rose Gold, and while I am happy with it, it wasn't what I originally wanted. The whole experience left me feeling let down by the lack of communication around stock availability.

It would be great if companies could keep stock updates more accurate or inform customers sooner to avoid this kind of frustration. Nonetheless, the Zanna is beautiful, and I’m satisfied with it, but I can’t help but feel a little disappointed not receiving my first choice.
