Not happy

My key holder is broken and I don’t know where did it fell and the names are too small than the one’s we see on the pictures.

The person I bought it for actually teared up a little!!! He loved it!!! Would 100% recommend as a gift especially if the person travels a lot. They'll be able to take it with them wherever they go!!!

Disappointed outcome

I was under the impression I would receive my product within 3-5 working days. It’s advertised (ready in 3 days) everywhere. I placed my order on the 14th of December, reduced a call almost a week later to say you didn’t have the silver key chain and offered me gold, which I didn’t want but had no other option to agree to. And finally after receiving the delivery (after Christmas) I wish I had been given sooner notice on the availability of the item I’d chosen, it wasn’t the gift I had in mind, although the engraving was fine, I would have cancelled if I realised it would take so long and not be what i initially wanted.
