Disappointing

Service from Charis was underwhelming. Not only was my item sent 2 months late but the communication was also not great, I had to constantly follow up on my order. When I refused to take the item as it was late and occasion had passed, the sales rep spoke in a dismissive and unprofessional tone making it seem like my fault the order was 2 months late. I would not buy from this store ever again nor would I ever recommend it!.

Had no interest in even seeing the item or fighting for a refund.

I made my order a month prior, it was an anniversary gift, but my order came after 2 months, way passed the anniversary. I was so annoyed and feeling inconvenienced. Please work on your timeline...other than that, the wallet is beautiful, my partner is in love with it, though he thinks there should've been some more color to it, but he loves it. I love it too. Thank you.
